The unique Kennedy Space Center Visitors Complex gives visitors up-close encounters with the world of space exploration by touring launch areas, meeting astronauts, viewing giant rockets, training in spaceflight simulators, inspecting vintage spacecraft and watching educational IMAX movies. An on site memorial pays tribute to astronauts who lost their lives in the line of duty. It is just across the Indian River Lagoon from the Space Coast Regional Airport.
