I hate cooked mushrooms, but I always try to keep an open mind. When I went to Moonfish with my family I asked for a recommendation for how to eat my salmon. It was suggested that I try a mushroom topping. I agreed, thinking that if I didn't like the mushrooms, I just wouldn't eat them... I FINISHED the ENTIRE thing. I was stuffed to beyond full when we left! Lesson learned, try new things and always trust the chef! The service was impeccable, the waiter attentive and the atmosphere pleasant. I enjoyed myself greatly and highly recommend it!

Not worth the money. Average entrees for steak or seafood are $35-$40, not counting drinks, appetizers, etc. Service was slow & mediocre and the food took forever. A small sushi order of 2 items took over 25 mins. The salads seemed rather cheap - chopped lettuce & tomatoes with some cheese thrown on top. The overall presentation of food wasn't impressive, especially considering the price point. It was also extremely hot & stuffy in the restaurant. They have fires in the middle, which put out a lot of heat, but didn't bother to turn down the temp, so we were probably eating a $150 meal in nice dress clothing at a very uncomfortable 82 degrees. Overall, I was not impressed. They need faster, more attentive service and more attention to detail.

I recently dined at Moonfish with some friends on a very busy night. I did have to wait about 20 minutes for my table, but it was well worth it! My 3 friends and I were greeted by our waitress (Kim) within mintues of sitting. She was very pleasant and was well educated on the menu. Our drinks were delivered right after we ordered them, as well as our appetizer platter. The calamari was delicious! Our dinner was excellent except for my steak was a little undercooked. My waitress offered to put it back on the grill for me. I had it back to my table in about 5 minutes. I was very pleased! The manager also came by the table to check on our dining experience. Very professional staff! I will definitely eat at Moonfish again in the near future. For great food in a great atmosphere with GREAT SERVICE, check out Moonfish in Orlando.

The only good thing we can say about this restaurant was our waiter. The coconut shrimp(appetizer) was overcooked, the steak had very few edible bites and the green beans were not cooked or even blanched. There are too many good restaurants in Orlando to ever have to settle for this one.

we recently dined at Moonfish and were instantly impressed by the hospitality displayed from all employees . The valet were polite and professional and the host staff energitic and friendly greeting each guest with a warm "Welcome To Moonfish". While we waited for our other guests to join us, the bartenders were quick to recommend an infused Washington Apple martini that was the best I have ever tasted. The sushi chefs were so entertaining that we were almost tempted to have our dinner at the bar instead of moving into the dining room. our server was attentive and knowledgable and guided us through the dinner with expert recommendations. The generous portions were served hot and boxes were cheerfully offered at the conclusion of our meal. The dessert tray was fantastic featuring the most amazing selections of sweets, I regretted not saving room and ordered two to go. I recommend Moonfish to everyone and look forward to making it our "regular" spot.
