This is coming from someone who has experienced this poor customer service, lying, deceitfulness from the administration, and harming the children..I could not allow my children to stay at this facility. The teachers are not state mandated with the 45 hours required by Florida.The teacher's scream at the children and are not being taught at all. Every day the teachers sit around the daycare as if they are the children and the directors do nothing. I see they show favoritism to the spanish staff and have recently hired african-American and White-American to meet the equal employment opportunity act for their accredidation..they are liars and they will not prosper and forever have teachers in and out daily because God does not like ugly! I have seen people hired on the spot without getting their fingerprints and background checked. They are racist, and are unfair to their teachers and children..If you want a quality Childcare...THIS IS NOT IT!

I visited this center for an review of how it is managed. I wasn't pleased. The Asst. Director wasn't very nice. She was abrupt and very sarcastic. As a manager, it isn't professionalism to speak to your employees in front of guest in an unmannerable way. This doesn't look good towards a prospectable client. The teachers I met were very nice but seemed unhappy. The asst. director quickly gave me an overview of the facility.

Piaget Academy does a well job in academics and their staff is good too.

I am not very pleased with this Piaget Academy Child Care Center. I have had bad experiences before from daycare centers and this one is the worst. I visited this center thinking it will be the right place for me and that wasn't so. The front office was not very friendly. I spoke with the Director and she wasn't very nice to me at all. She was very sarcastic and was rushing me through the center. If you are welcoming people to your center and want their business all do respect, have respect for and towards the clients. The word of mouth will either increase or decrease your business. As I walked this facility and asked questions, I found out that they are not properly staffed for the amount of children that they have in this center. The director said " she is working on getting more staff". The employees seemed and looked worn out and not happy. That is not attractive to a prospectable client. This facility needs an overhall quickly in order to have a great outcome. I was shocked about this review of the facility because of the location is a great location in which you would think it is top notch. Looks were conceiving. I won't recommend this facility to anyone.

My son just finish the VPK program at Piaget Academy, we just could not be more happy with the experience, He is very well prepare for kindergarten.
